Roofing Project Manager

to help lead our continued growth.

Position Overview

The Roofing Project Manager will oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage crews while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Roofing systems we specialize in:

Tile roofs Composition shingle roofs TPO and PVC single-ply systems Metal roofing (experience with installation is an asset*)

Compensation

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure:

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage roofing projects from initiation to completion Supervise and support roofing crews, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Schedule materials, deliveries, and subcontractors Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout projects Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Requirements

Proven project management experience in roofing or construction Strong leadership and communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Knowledge of tile, composition shingle, TPO, PVC, and metal roofing systems Prior hands-on roofing installation experience is an asset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
