Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and established standards of practice. The RN collaborates with healthcare team members to promote the health, safety, and well-being of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment implementation. Monitor residents' conditions and document changes; communicate concerns to physicians and management. Oversee and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and timely care. Perform wound care, IV therapy, care plan updates, and skilled nursing tasks as required. Complete and maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Respond promptly to emergencies and follow proper protocols. Participate in resident assessments, admissions, discharges, and care planning meetings. Uphold infection control and safety standards throughout the facility. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

Active

RN license

in the state of New Mexico (or compact license). Minimum

1 year RN experience

preferred; LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred. Current

BLS/CPR certification

Work Schedule:

Full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. Shifts may include

days, evenings, or nights

, typically 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
