We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Newport, VT The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions. Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments. Record vital signs and medical information. Order and evaluate diagnostic and clinical tests. Monitor, report, and document symptoms or changes in patient condition. Administer non-intravenous medications. Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient conditions and responses.

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
