searching for a full-time RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to become part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team.Job Summary For RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse):
Develop individualized Care Plans based on the needs of residents Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings Supervise nursing floor staff Communication with physicians Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
