Gwynedd Healthcare and Rehabilitation,
a beautiful, independently owned long-term care facility inLansdale PA,
is seeking a full-timeRN unit manager
for their long-term unit to join its compassionate team.Unit Manger responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Primarily evaluating & caring for Residents' wound needs. Weekly rounds with CRNP wound team. Providing wound care services following physician orders. Performing weekly skin assessments of Residents under their care. Assures, maintains and implements care plans as directed. Assess, monitor & record Residents progress during the healing phase. Responsible for educating Residents/staff on proper care for wounds. Other nursing duties as assigned by DON.
Requirements / Qualifications
:Must currently hold RN License in the State of Pennsylvania. 1 year UM experience in Long-Term Care. Effective communication & interpersonal skills. Should be friendly and a team worker. On call weekend shared with current in-house RN.
