Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinical operations Ensure compliance with regulations Coach and support nursing staff Participate in care planning and quality initiatives Maintain accurate documentation Provide on-call support as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Active Georgia RN license BLS certification Supervisory or unit management experience preferred
