Long-term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Litchfield Health and Rehab Center is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team!

As a Registered Nurse with our facility, you\'ll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall nursing care/service and management of all personnel on their shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

Your Job:

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents.
• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time for assigned shifts.
• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care.
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence.
• Any other job duties, as assigned by my management.

Who You Are:

• Current Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• A professional team player with a commitment of maintaining a reliable shift history
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care
• Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same
