An established acute care hospital located in upstate New York is currently searching for a dynamic RN Manager Quality Improvement to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This 130+ bed acute care hospital is known as a regional provider of world-class inpatient and outpatient health services. This system strives to provide high-quality and patient centered services that are convenient, accessible, and affordable to the surrounding communities. This full-service acute care hospital provides a variety of acute care services including cardiology, emergency and critical care services, perioperative services, diagnostics and laboratory services, long term care and rehab, and much more.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the RN Manager Quality Improvement works closely with nursing leadership teams to develop and evaluate system-wide quality improvement projects. The RN Manager Quality Improvement will develop and monitor patient safety programs, manage event reporting, prepare data and presentations for various committees, and regulatory communications with the VP of Nursing and Chief Medical Officer.
