What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

• Integrates data from multiple data sets into relevant systems for reports publication.
• Collects and analyzes client data in conjunction with other consultants to recommend plan design changes, programs or other process changes.
• Follows policies, procedures and/or reports that make the overall practice more efficient and effective.
• Gather and compiles exposure information from the client, including loss-runs schedules and client stratification.
• Collect carrier data to input into a designed system to deliver analytical solutions
• Work with Risk Control Consultants to deliver executive summary presentations on overall cost of risk.
• Design/ in-put/ deliver perception survey tool to assist clients in gauging culture and gaps in safety/ risk control programs.
• Create industry client dashboards to develop industry benchmarking data.

You Should Have::

• 7-10 years-experience in either the data analytical field or risk control/ insurance industry
• Advanced level experience with Business Intelligence systems
• Deep understanding on data analytics
• Strong presentation skills
• Fostering strong relationships between internal and external clientele is critical
• Required: the ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Experience with MS Office products preferred/required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Moderate travel may be required (25%-50%)
