US citizens or GC Holders Quality Control Analyst / QC Analyst Location : work from home ----- Tysons corner, VA Duration : 1 year plus extensions Quality Control Servicing is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the quality of Mortgage Servicing according to agency and internal guidelines/procedures by identifying any defects and to limit risk exposure. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Quality Control (QC) reviews and evaluations of Account Servicing, Escrow Servicing and SCRA (Servicemembers Civil Relief Act) for soundness and accuracy on: Conventional, VA, FHA, and Equity loan products \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze Servicing practices and examine loan documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, investor guidelines, and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and monitor trends to provide consistent and actionable feedback \xe2\x80\xa2 Make recommendations for additional controls and/or corrective action to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and risk mitigation processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify potential business risks, operational and regulatory process deficiencies and improvement opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and present to management and/or affected business unit summaries, operational and regulatory risk assessment reports, trending, and remedial or mitigation solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Systems : Empower, MSP, Excel, Acces, Outlook, Webex Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits:
