Ft. Mill, SCWork Schedule
7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime/Weekends as needed.Position Title: Returns Lead
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary:
Oversee the Returns department. Direct day-to-day work. Report to workstation, as assigned. Accurately enter response code from shipping container. Accurately enter information from the invoice. Scan containers of returned product. Follow instructions on the computer screen. Differentiate between beeps and color of light to separate product. Accurately place product in appropriate shipping container or online to be destroyed. Save magazines for redistribution, as instructed. Remove covers, as assigned. Complete end-of-day report and forward invoices to department lead. Work in other departments, as assigned.
Computer Experience Required:
Proficient in general computer applications.Requirements:
1 year general warehouse experience preferred. Proficient in general computer applications. * Requires handling of sophisticate magazines and other sensitive products as part of standard business operations.
