Job Description

We are currently seeking a remote Financial Application Support Analyst for an 8 month contract with possibility to extend.The Finance Application Support Analyst is responsible for mapping accounting processes to system functionality, improving business processes through technology, training users, and maintaining the ERP platform. Current ERP system utilizes Dynamics SL, Power BI and SalesForce. Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document and re-engineer business processes
• Translate business requirements into application solutions
• Administration, maintenance and upgrading of ERP Components
• Create and modify reports
• Provide excellent customer service to people at all levels of the business resolving questions. incidents and requests
• Train users
• Creating migration plan and implementing from other systems to our ERP
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor
• Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

• 3+ years support experience with Financial Applications
• Proficient in one or more of the following reporting tools: Management Reporter, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SSRS Reporting Services, FCCS
• Troubleshooting experience is required
• Help Desk experience is preferred
• General knowledge of accounting practices (liaison between finance team and the IT team)
• Strong knowledge of the following business functions: Financial Reconciliations
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• SOD and SOX compliance protocols
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Field Service Dispatch and Invoicing
• MSFT SQL Server Management Studio experience
• Experience with Dynamics SL, a plus
