- Monitor the restaurant and be aware of what tables are available
- Estimate wait times for guests and ensure that guest needs are met while they wait
- Answer the telephone and respond in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Learn the menu thoroughly so you can respond to guests questions
- Assist in pre-bussing and clearing tables after guest departure
- Contribute to team effort. Being a team player above all is mandatory!

- Providing comfort food classics with a unique take
- Incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Training and empowering our staff with food and beer knowledge
