Blackdog is currently seeking an experienced Designer/Salesperson to join our growing company. This person will be instrumental in helping Blackdog meet its growth goals while ensuring the Company continues to live by its unique and meaningful Mission and Vision Statements.

Absolute requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in the residential marketspace
• Verifiable and stable sales experience
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized

Ideal experience

• Experience in Chief Architecture
• Track record of achievements
• In-depth knowledge of basic residential construction and/or substantial experience designing and selling Kitchens & Baths
• Industry accreditation in the remodeling or kitchen and bath industry such as CKD, CBD, or CGR

Key skills and talents

• Excellent listener and takes pleasure in the rapport-building process
• Creative and reasonably well-versed in the languages of Design and Architecture
• Dependable and highly motivated
• Able to multitask effectively

• Can work independently, but also collaborate effectively well with all departments

Job Salary/Rate of Pay:

Experienced and successful Blackdog Builders Residential Remodeling Salespeople (Designers) can earn in excess of $150,000 annually!

• Compensation for the first 6-months of training is a base salary predicated on $45,000 annually
• Compensation will become commission driven, plus benefits at the conclusion of the 6-month training
