Job Overview

As a Residential Construction Manager, you will be the driving force behind our residential projects, ensuring that each build is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled professionals as you coordinate all aspects of construction management. You'll leverage your expertise in project scheduling and construction estimating to create seamless workflows and foster collaboration among various stakeholders. What you'll do

Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion Coordinate project schedules using Contractor Foreman and other construction management software Manage project budgets and conduct thorough construction estimating to ensure financial efficiency Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide the construction process Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure quality control Utilize Contractor Foreman or another CM software for project documentation and communication Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines consistently Ensure compliance with contracts, safety regulations, and building codes throughout the project lifecycle

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in residential construction management or related field Strong knowledge of construction processes and site experience Ability to work with a team of professionals within the Company to ensure all aspects of the project are being addressed properly.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with project coordination techniques and tools Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
