5+ years of residential construction project management experience

Responsibilities:

Help Guide the Client through the Design and Product Selection process
Project Ownership - Own and Mange project through completion

Oversee or help in overseeing project planning, scheduling, inspections, homeowner communication, budgeting and implementation
Implement and help maintain a Budget and Project Plan
Engage in Project Estimating and Marketing/Client Outreach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,426.17 - $120,000.00 per year
