Salary compensation is a variable dependent on your current skill level and experience ($100k+). Pay can far exceed local construction management ranges for proven excellence and performance. Description

This position would be responsible for managing all aspects of building custom luxury homes from start to finish. Including, but not limited to: drafting bid specifications and attaining subcontractor/supplier quotes for new projects, daily correspondence with our professional partners (architects, engineers, interior designers, and home owners), daily management and correspondence with all of our valued trade partners, presentation and implementation of all Change Orders, and a relentless focus on Quality, Schedule, and Budget.

Requirements

Applicant must hold at least a four-year college degree,

preferably in Engineering, Building Construction Management, or Architecture

(extraordinary performance and experience in truly luxury home building will be considered in lieu of education merits). Experience in residential luxury construction, exceeding $1.5M per project. Must be tech savvy and familiar with computer and I-pad operations, .pdf editing, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Efficient and capable of interpreting and executing extremely detailed architect blue prints & specifications, structural plans, and interior design details. Applicant must be extremely organized, detail oriented, have a great work ethic, and possess a positive TEAM attitude at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
