Applications currently being accepted for the following employment opportunities: RESERVATIONS AGENT - SEASONAL UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1 positionAvailable for Full Time Mid-shift/Evening Shift 1 Position Available for Part Time Morning/Mid-shift Answering multi-line phone to handle guest reservations, preparing reservations for future arrivals, input group arrival reservations, and help front desk clerks as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of one-year direct customer service experience required, previous reservations experience preferred.
Must have strong computer, customer relations, and telephone skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to problem-solve.
Must have an outgoing & positive demeanor.
Must be flexible in scheduling.
