We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth booking process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Duties
Provide prompt, professional, and friendly assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
Booking and making changes to reservations for different clientele
Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly
Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback and ideas with management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and CRM software
Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences
