Job Overview: As associate of the ASK Research Desk, you will support LPL Financial\xe2\x80\x99s advisors, and internal partners, via phone and email with questions regarding everything our Research team manages. This includes product insights, model construction, market commentary, current economic highlights, platform support, and marketing pieces. You will be responsible for training, inspiring, and engaging your team members in a manner consistent with LPL Financial\xe2\x80\x99s values. Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurately answer advisor\xe2\x80\x99s questions via inbound phone line or via the team\xe2\x80\x99s email box
• Participate in training with the Research team to stay updated on market trends and firm initiatives
• Assist and advise members of internal business units to aid in their advisor interactions and campaigns
• Utilize the principles of continuous improvement and advisor feedback to streamline and enhance processes and procedures
• Partnering with leadership in the Research organization to assist with different initiatives that will help develop talent
• Openness to new ways of thinking and acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage
• Lead from the front and embody the firm\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values \xe2\x80\x93 and understand how to educate and reinforce

Requirements:

• 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 previous experience within the financial services industry

Preferences:

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 strongly preferred (if not already held, passing exams to obtain licenses will be required soon after hiring)
• Financial industry or service-related certifications are a plus

Pay Range: $27.71-$41.57/hour
