The Front Desk Associate greets, assists, and directs members, guests, staff and callers as they enter or call the gym. Also performs a variety of administrative and operational duties as necessary. Duties
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEK.
Must be super friendly and greet members coming and leaving the facility. This is our number one trait we are looking for in an employee.
Must be proficient in using a point of sale computer, desk top and mobile devices.
Must be dependable and show up on time (10 minutes early) for all shifts.
Answers the phone using the correct greeting and assists callers as needed.
Processes all transactions at the Point of Sale register
Assists members with all inquiries or pass to a higher up
Maintains a clean and orderly front desk/lobby area
Ensures that front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member scan Card,
Projects a polished, professional image at all times
Provides a superior level of customer service to members and guests
Performs a variety of duties including filing paperwork, folding towels, doing bathroom clean up\xe2\x80\x99s or any other duties as assigned
Performs other duties as directed by Management including and not limited to trash, light maintenance, shopping runs.
All employees must show up for staff meetings
Assigned Hours: Part-time Shift, Monday to Friday & Saturday/Sunday. All part time employees must work week and weekend shifts Shift Available: Monday-Thursday 5AM-12PM, 12PM-6PM, 1PM-9PM, 4PM-10PM Friday 5AM-12PM, 12PM-8PM, 4PM-9PM Saturday and Sunday 6AM-12PM and 12PM-6PM There is a 90 day probationary period. If you are on time, show up for your scheduled shifts, have a positive attitude and do what is instructed by management.
