Job Title: Registration & Housing Manager

Job Summary: Plans and executes convention registration and housing processes in conjunction with 3rd-party vendor companies.

FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt

What you\'ll do

  • Under the direction of the Manager, Convention Operations; develop, evaluate, and refine registration and housing processes.
  • Coordinate and evaluate applicable vendor services.
  • Own and manage regionals, internationals, and worlds tournament registration.
  • Own and manage convention spectator registration flow and technology stack.
  • Maintain housing lists and communications for events.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute on-site logistics and signage to create a smooth attendee experience.
  • Stay knowledgeable of emerging technologies and best-practices in event registration and room block management, providing recommendations for improvement.
What you\'ll bring
  • 5-7 years\' experience managing registration and/or housing in a large convention, conference, or other event setting.
  • Comfort with and excitement for emerging technologies and learning new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $102,000 - $120,650. The full range is $102,000 - $152,000. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates\' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
