Overhead Nurse

This role is ideal for a nurse who wants

case-by-case

while helping shape the clinical side of our operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical quality and support multiple pediatric home-care cases Serve as a point of support for field RNs and CNAs, providing guidance and clarification Assist with patient intakes, assessments, and care coordination Communicate directly with families (English & Spanish), ensuring they understand their care plan and services Review documentation and confirm compliance with Medicaid/GAPP requirements Participate in staff training, quality assurance checks, and operational improvements Act as the clinical bridge between the agency, nurses, and families

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license (required)

Bilingual English-Spanish (required)

Pediatric, home health, or special-needs experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compassionate, patient, and family-centered approach

Compensation

$42 - $48 per hour
