Job Description

Cottage Grove Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide weekend in home care for a 16 year old female with cerebral palsy in Dacula, GA. The client is wheelchair bound and requires total assistance with mobility and daily care needs.

Hours:

Saturday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sunday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pay:

$50/hour |

Weekly Pay

Client Overview:

Cerebral palsy with seizure disorder Nasogastric (NG) tube for feedings and medication administration Hoyer lift for safe transfers Uses adaptive communication device

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care as outlined in the patient's individualized care plan. Administer NG tube feedings and medications per protocol. Monitor for seizure activity and maintain safety precautions. Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and communicate with the family. Ensure safe transfers and positioning using Hoyer lift. Support and educate the family as part of the care team.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Georgia (required). Current CPR certification. Current TB test (within the past 12 months) Pediatric or medically complex care experience preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $49.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
