Location: Newton County

Schedule: Full-time flexible

EMIC Home Care is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for a teenager in Hall who is Trach dependent and requires total assistance.

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home Assist with bathing, feeding, mobility, and repositioning Monitor health status and administer medications as needed Support respiratory or other specialized care as applicable Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN (required) Pediatric and/or home care experience preferred Physically capable of lifting and supporting a 90 lb child Caring, reliable, and professional demeanor

Duties

Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding disease management and wellness. Perform diagnostic evaluations and document findings accurately in patient records. Participate in long-term care management for patient with chronic conditions. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
