Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Specialist will implement the Regional Marketing Program. The goal of the Regional Marketing Program is to work with identified SERVPRO Franchisee High Performers (RAMP owners) to facilitate the implementation of the SERVPRO operating system to its fullest. High Performers by definition are executing well and have the right focus and attitude to produce current and future sales growth. The Regional team will help to identify these individuals (working with our Operations partners), work with them to learn what works for them in their region/area and help to identify potential gaps or areas of needed improvement to take their performance to the next level. The Specialist will also help to develop focused areas for development within Rural/Suburban/Metro segmented areas within each Region. The Regional Marketing Specialist will also be involved in the development and execution of sub-region marketing plans using key regional data, RAMP owner input as well as competitive analysis focused on business development and market share conversion.

You will
  • Regional Marketing Program development
  • Help to identify current High Performing SERVPRO franchises (RAMP owners).
  • Work with marketing analytics and mapping to develop maps and groupings.
  • Communicate and develop working relationships with the identified high performers.
  • Learn and develop best practices within each region.
  • Using local intel, as well as digital and Brand agency tools, develop a competitive analysis custom to each sub region.
  • Facilitate deeper understanding and usage of National Account partnerships.
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement within each territory and region.
  • Facilitate Regional Marketing owner meetings.
  • Identify and communicate best practices within regions specific to rural/suburban/metro specialized focus areas.
  • Work to empower the improvement efforts within each region.
  • Work to train and implement SSO and CRM applications and best practices.
  • Work to help optimize regional hiring and retention best practices.
  • Work to help identify, train and place effective sales management within the franchise.
  • Oversee KPMs by region to optimize for improvements in the areas of revenue, jobs, leads, business development market share, web and events/association involvement.
  • Work with various departments within SERVPRO HQ to help educate and communicate regional efforts and leverage resources for success.
  • Tracking and reporting monthly, quarterly, as needed
  • Advertising sub-region program participation.
  • Working collaboratively with the identified owners within each sub-region to develop and execute the sub-region marketing plan.
  • Communicate with accounting and manager regularly.
  • Communicate with RAMP owners and manager regularly.
  • Communicate with Operations partners (RDO/FBC) and manager regularly.
  • Provide guidance within regions/sub-regions.
  • Oversee and provide training of marketing KPM and regional best practices.
  • HQ training opportunities like NFTP, FMC, Consultants, Annual Kick-Off, etc.
  • Regional/sub-regional area meetings.
  • Annual convention.
  • Communication and reporting on the regional program status, success, areas of opportunities and future planning vis channels like SPTV, internal/external meetings, training venues, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
You have
  • 2-5+ year experience working in an ad agency environment or within a franchise system focused on field marketing and/or field operations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office systems.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience.
  • SERVPRO experience is a plus.
  • College degree preferred but not required..
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50 percent.
  • Maintain a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License.
