What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for the oversight of strategy and business activity of an assigned region including development of market strategy, sales programs, and organizational design necessary for profitability; You will be in charge of the planning and execution of manufacturing and construction operations and will monitor the overall production and profitability of the business in that region. You will be the main person driving the regional strategy and leadership; you will provide general operations management including general oversight of construction and manufacturing operations teams, holding teams accountable for execution of strategy and goal alignment, oversight of construction and production planning process, and budgeting and capital planning to support operations including ensuring compliance and safety regulatory requirements. You should also know how to approve budgets and capital expenditures; routinely review expenses at all levels and be able to analyze, interpret, and present financial and operational data to stakeholders.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, aggregate materials manufacturing and/or related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams
- Financial Reporting/Forecasting Experience
- Valid drivers license
