Media Lab Science is currently seeking a Recruiting and Clinical Coordinator.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting and Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Ensures that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with Company SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and guidelines of Good Clinical Practices.
• Facilitates recruitment of participants in compliance with study protocol and criteria
• Fosters positive, reciprocal relationships between participants and the company.
• Liaises between participants and clinical team to efficiently schedule study days.
• Work with a team of recruiters on simultaneous ongoing studies Monitors study subjects\xe2\x80\x99 response to treatment and communicates study data and results to investigators in a timely manner.
• Assists and/or conducts pilot studies to validate experimental procedures with minimum guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in clinical setting.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in a scientific discipline a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, flexible, proficient with Microsoft Office software suite.
• Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent organizational skills

Casual status, hourly range - $28 to $32
