**** $2,500 Sign on Bonus**** The Recreation Supervisor works together with students and staff to develop a program for their leisure time 1. Candidate must be able to demonstrate vision and efficiency for programming, extracurricular activities, and student engagement such as recreation trips, clubs, and student interaction by implementing detailed activities for the students. 2 . Supervise a team four Recreation Specialists with the ability to develop and effectively lead them while enhancing their understanding of the center\'s leadership model through mentoring and training. 3. Facilitate and coordinate weekly and monthly meetings to include the development of a Healthy Living Committee in coordination with HEALS. 4. Develop and maintain a structured schedule of staff responsibilities to ensure the complete safety of students engaging in all Recreation and extracurricular activities. 5. Maintain a clean and healthy environment in the Recreation Center on a daily basis. 6. Must be able to drive company vehicles and qualify for company sponsored insurance by holding a Maine
Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and be free of disqualifying vehicular violations. All post offer candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen, including marijuana. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $38,000.00 per year Benefits:
