We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Office Support to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Bilingual abilities and experience in office management or clerical support are highly valued. Duties
Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using various software programs.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and organizing files
Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic data entry and record keeping
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors
Requirements
Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles preferred
Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures
Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
