The role:
Receptionists are responsible for selling golf, coordinating golf tee off timings for all guests, providing guidelines and instructions to the guests to ensure each guest is equipped with the information they need to enjoy Swingers to its full potential. In addition to working the front desk reception area of the venue, reception team members are responsible for working in the venue office. Office duties of the receptionist include answering general guest inquiries via telephone and email, preparing guest reservation reports, organizing respective reservation packages, and setting up the upcoming shift\xe2\x80\x99s reception team for success. Reception is fully accountable for the delivery of the Swingers guest experience through great communication and coordinating effectively with management and adhering to the Swingers ethos, policies, and procedures.
Our perfect candidate has:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
• Hotel reception/front desk experience is preferred
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
