Job Description
Growing Real Estate team seeking full-time licensed real estate assistance. Looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of the real estate business. Strong communication and time management skills are essential along with the ability to multi-task between multiple roles and tasks. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly Responsibilities:
- Event Planning - Coordinating all logistical elements of the event including marketing
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
- Perform administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc
- Arrange and assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
- Time management skills
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player
- High school diploma required; Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
- Strategic thinking
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
The team provides expertise in all areas of professional Real Estate services and has carved out a niche in New Construction home sales. Their team of specialized agents prides itself in the personal touch they bring to client and builder relationships. Referrals comprise a large portion of their business and are a testament to the genuine care the team provides when servicing their clients.
