Our Portland Heights office is looking for a professional Real Estate Associate to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Associate\'s responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Licensed real estate agent or enrolled in real estate school. If you are not licensed check out our

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Evaluate the clients\' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
• Determine clients\' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them

Requirements:

• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Basic computer skills
• Proven track record of sales
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license
• Must be 18+
