Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

to become an integral part of our clinic. Whether you're experienced or just embarking on your ABA journey, we provide the mentorship, training, and tools to help you make a lasting difference.

Your Impact:

Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in a nurturing clinic environment. Implement treatment plans created by our BCBAs. Collect and maintain precise records in line with HIPAA standards. Support clients and families by teaching behavioral strategies for daily living skills (ADLs). Foster social, communication, and self-management skills in clients. Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of educators and healthcare providers. Monitor progress and adapt strategies to achieve therapeutic goals.

What We're Looking For:

Active RBT certification is required.

Minimum 3 months

of RBT experience. Strong interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate, client-focused mindset. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
