Job Summary

Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced Quality Inspectors with A&P Licenses for 6-month contract-to-hire opportunities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, supporting rotary and OEM aircraft completions and assembly operations. Candidates must have a strong background in aircraft inspection and hold a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections of aircraft structures, systems, and components to ensure compliance with FAA and company quality standards Review work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to verify proper installation and repair Document all inspections and maintenance actions accurately in accordance with company and regulatory requirements Conduct conformity and return-to-service inspections Collaborate with maintenance teams to address discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license -

REQUIRED

Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience in OEM, completions, or assembly environments -

REQUIRED

Experience inspecting rotary-wing or fixed-wing aircraft Strong understanding of FAA regulations, quality procedures, and documentation practices Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening

Schedule & Compensation

Pay Rate:

$28.00 - $40.00/hr (based on experience)

Per Diem:

Up to $1,520 per week (must qualify)

Assignment Type:

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Overtime:

Available as needed
