Job Summary

Veterans Alliance is hiring experienced Structures Mechanics with A&P Licenses for direct-hire opportunities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, supporting rotary-wing aircraft maintenance and modification operations. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced structural repairs, modifications, and installations on rotary-wing aircraft Inspect, evaluate, and document structural integrity, damage, and corrosion Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering drawings Fabricate, assemble, and repair sheet metal and composite components Utilize precision measuring instruments and ensure compliance with FAA and company standards Document all work performed in accordance with maintenance procedures and regulations Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects

Qualifications

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license -

REQUIRED

Minimum 5 years of rotary-wing structural maintenance experience -

REQUIRED

Experience with riveting, forming, trimming, and component fitting Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screening

Schedule & Compensation

Pay Rate:

$35.00 - $46.00/hr (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM; 3rd Shift (as needed) - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Shift Differential:

$1.50/hr (for direct employees only)

Overtime:

Available as needed
