This position calls for a strategic person who can develop, execute and optimize multiple brands\xe2\x80\x99 publisher accounts and campaigns. This candidate is responsible for maintaining current accounts, as well as prospecting and establishing new relationships, through managing the day-to-day activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Recruit and vet new publishers.
  • Negotiate effective payouts for all campaigns.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly and annual publisher KPIs and budgets.
  • Work with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling campaign offers.
  • Analyze traffic sources to determine optimization tactics to drive ROI.
  • Negotiate reconciliations and communicate any credits to publishers based on findings (particularly fraud).
  • Monitor publisher performance dashboards using our extensive suite of Analytic tools.
  • Audit traffic sources to maintain an optimal mix of publishers within our network.
  • Build on back-end UI reporting tools and processes to help streamline communication to all parties involved.

Education and/or Experience
BS/BA degree in Marketing, communications, advertising or business and two plus years internet advertising and online media buying experience on a CPL basis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
