As the Sales Manager for our exterior renovation company, you will need 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of progressive sales experience in the outdoor construction products or services industry. In addition, you should have three years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Located in Bothell, WA, we are a 5-star rated window replacement, door replacement, and siding contractor offering top products from very select manufacturers. Leading by example, this role sets the tone for sales performance by modeling the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales fundamentals and driving individual sales results. YOUR TOOLS Job Requirements
  • 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of progressive sales experience in the outdoor home renovation products or services or related industry
  • Three years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others.
  • Project estimating experience
  • CRM platform experience (Salesforce is a huge bonus!)
  • Collaborative, servant leadership style with a consultative sales approach
  • Values integrity, honesty, and care as it relates to sales strategy
  • Valid WA Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and climb up and down stairs
CORE ROLE INITIATIVES
  • Individually contribute to sales revenue and margin goals
  • Hire and train a high-performance team of sales mavericks
  • Facilitate training and ensure support resources are in place to develop salespersons capable of selling the full scope of offerings available.
  • Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing time in employee development, actively coaching, and ensuring adherence to our sales methodology
  • Evaluates local performance in customer satisfaction and provide leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues.
  • Provide input on improvements needed for sales infrastructure
  • Be the front-line resource for product, process, and performance questions for your team
  • Through active leadership participation in the local community and professional organizations, maintains an understanding of the business environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $140k, realistic first-year earnings
  • Base pay of $85k plus commission, monthly bonuses, and quarterly bonuses
