POSITION SUMMARY

Help us to change the status quo with your data analysis skills! The Provider Data Validation Analyst role is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the Provider and Network data, and develop automation processes and tools for the Retail Compliance team in the Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities include routinely completing large data analysis in Excel/SQL/R/Python to validate, update, analyze the pharmacy information, and regularly assist in improving and refining the analysis using various tools. The Provider Data Validation Analyst will assist in solving complex problems with cross-functional business partners to assist in ongoing workflow enhancements for various projects. This position is expected to have a thorough understanding of the business process, and be able to work independently with minimal guidance once trained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • The Provider Data Validation Analyst is primarily responsible for collecting and validating the accuracy of demographic data submitted by pharmacies.
  • Complete large data analyses in Microsoft Excel/Access to validate, update, and identify discrepancies between both new and current pharmacy demographic information.
  • Assist in improving and refining analysis techniques using various tools that include, but may not be limited to, Excel and Access.
  • On a weekly basis, the Provider Data Validation Analyst will be responsible for aggregating and reporting progress updates regarding pharmacy solicitations.
  • Assist in solving complex problems with cross-functional business partners both internally and externally to assist on ongoing workflow enhancements for demographic reports. Provider Data Validation Analyst is expected to work independently with minimal guidance once trained.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred
  • Experience with data analysis tools, e.g. MS Office applications, SQL, R or Python.
  • Quantitative skills and ability to perform data analysis and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated experience and passion in challenging problems and driving outstanding results
  • Analytical, highly organized, able to work and lead projects with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills to work with various matrix partners, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal and IT.
  • Capability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management.
