Job Description


The Analyst Regulated Markets Audit Management role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution and follow up for client and regulator driven audits within the Regulated Markets book of business. This individual serves as a direct administrative resources to team functions supporting audit activities. This position maintains essential team collaboration tools and ensures the integrity of functional data. Communicates key findings and other trends, Represents Express Scripts and our Clients in audits. Ensures documentation and data entry aligned with function processes.

Key accountabilities include:

- Serves as general support to team functions
- Maintains and updates team SharePoint site, audit support calendars
- Maintains Audit Tracker tool and ensures data entry quality
- Ensuring audit findings and CAPs are loaded into IMT/RSAM
- Produces /distributes performance / trend reports - revises as needed
- Provides direct audit support as needed

Regulated Markets specific knowledge is strongly preferred, experience analyzing data and using data to support decision making, and strong communication skills are essential to this role. Preferred experience/skills:

- 1 or more years experience participating or leading regulatory and/or performance audits in a managed care environment
- 1-2 years analyzing data and modeling outcomes
- understanding of SharePoint and other productivity/collaboration tools

- demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint in addition to SharePoint.

This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
