Job Description


Summary:

The Client Data Lead Analyst supports Account Management functions and client output deliverables through tactical execution that ensures the availability, accuracy, and usability of data. The Client Data Lead Analyst works closely with process owners, account management representatives, and internal partners to fulfill scheduled deliverables and reporting, quantify project benefits, provide advanced analytical guidance and support, and communicate the results to project stakeholders. This role is a key team member responsible for consistent, timely, and accurate output of data.

This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and construct data

Maintain and raise overall data quality and performance levels

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner

Strategize and implement the data quality roadmap; using metrics to prioritize projects

Construct and manage third-party data collection processes, procedures, and workflows

Coordinate with other teams within the organization to understand stakeholder & business priorities

Implement and create data governance procedures to improve data integrity and transparency

Own and proactively improve the quality of company data quality reporting

Manage and oversee existing company data operation initiatives

Evaluate and identify where system and process enhancements are needed

Ideal candidates will have a combination of the following:

Proficient with productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, etc.)

Ability to quickly learn and become a subject matter expert to internal reporting tool capabilities

Experience with data profiling & discovery

Experience with problem solving and root-cause analysis

At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a data quality focused role

4 years total industry experience

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent strongly preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
