Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Self Storage Facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction while maximizing property performance.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while promoting upselling opportunities for additional services. Using Web Self Storage property management software, maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities. Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties. Oversee lien sales when neccessary.

Experience

Strong customer service skills and multi-tasking are a must. Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong office skills and computer skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for effective communication with tenants and vendors.
