Job Description

We're looking for a Property Manager who's ready to make sound decisions, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional service through overseeing a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily homes. As the main point of contact for a large number of owner clients, you'll communicate clearly and timely, guide your team to meet key performance goals and proactively solve problems. This is a hands-on management role for someone who's organized, confident, and driven -- a natural people-person who uses tools like AppFolio, PropertyMeld, and LeadSimple.

Qualifications



OREA Property Management License Minimum 3 years experience in the field of single family and small multifamily property management Active knowledge of Appfolio, PropertyMeld and LeadSimple Great written and verbal communication in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
