Executive Property Manager:
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can grow your income base on skills and ability?
This is your chance. We are looking for an Executive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single family properties. The individual should be comfortable communicating with Property owners, Service Pros and Residents with an aim towards a high level of customer satisfaction. We are searching for an individual with good writing and speaking skills. Having worked abroad, licensed REALTOR, fluency in Spanish or type A multifamily management experience are all considered a plus.
Day to day responsibilities include listening to owners and tenants, overseeing security deposits, facilitating maintenance requests, supervising unit turns and onboarding new accounts.
1099 - commission based salary structure based on a percentage of the income generated by the number of units under an executive's purview. The more you manage, the more opportunity for income.
