Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property and lead the on-site operations team. The ideal candidate will manage working relationships with the team and residents through relationship-building while exercising sound judgment and decision-making to implement projects, overcome challenges, and deliver quality service, drawing on experience in property operations and management.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of property including the overall supervision and performance of the office and employees.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Utilize software programs to maintain property records and track maintenance requests.
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle owner inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

-Knowledge and ability to enforce the USVI statutes on association documents.
- Assure adherence to Association By-Laws and Rules/Regulations.

-Work with local utilities/government to ensure the property complies with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and process all financial and accounting records.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of CMMS software such as OneSite, is helpful but not required.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Proven leadership skills and practical team building skills.
- Understanding of financial principles related to property management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
