Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple short-term rental properties. This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) that requires a high level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple properties. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on same-day property turnovers between guest checkout and check-in. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys practical work, a good eye for cleanliness, takes ownership, and ensures things are done properly without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties Manage same-day turnovers after guest checkout (starting at 11:00 AM) Ensure properties are fully guest-ready before check-in Verify cleaning quality thoroughly and address deficiencies immediately Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues Perform light repairs, DIY improvements, and fixture replacements (fans, outlets, etc.) Coordinate and perform basic pool maintenance and landscaping tasks Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Communicate clearly regarding issues that require escalation or follow-up
You are the last person in the property before guests arrive, making accuracy, honesty, and accountability essential.

Requirements

Own car and valid driver's license (required) Ability to work independently across multiple properties Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Physically able to perform hands-on work Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Handyman or maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time (~40 hours per week) Primary working hours: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Schedule varies based on guest checkouts and may include weekends Starting pay: $25/hour Opportunity for raises and additional pay for extra work performed
