No residential unit provided, and candidates are not required to live on site.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of two properties, ensuring high levels of customer service and tenant satisfaction. Oversee property leasing processes, including waiting lists and application processing. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations. Maintain accurate records through data entry and filing systems. Address tenant concerns and conflicts promptly, utilizing conflict management skills. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep and address maintenance requests efficiently. Maintain an above average level of occupancy. Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
