Property Manager
Job Description
Weststates Property Management is seeking a part-time manager for a 12 unit senior community in Eureka, NV. Flexible hours, includes health benefits, vacation, PTO, holidays and sick time equal to hours worked. 401K plan eligible after 12 months.
This position includes the daily oversight of property operations which includes but is not limited to accepting application, qualifying applicants, leasing units, delegating maintenance work orders, occupied inspection, walking grounds, walking stairs, ordering, solving conflict, hosting events and more.
Some management experience preferred. This position includes high level of paperwork and requires organizational skills and the ability to deal with residents.
