Property Manager needed!
Seeking a dynamic Leasing and Property Management professional for a 55+ Senior Living apartment community located in the Concord, NH area. We're a rapidly growing company and this is a great opportunity to grow with us!
This professional will lead activities to grow occupancy and deliver exceptional living experiences for our residents. We're a growing team with a great product, and looking for individuals eager to jump start their career.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drive the leasing process Conduct onsite tours and demonstrations Follow-up with prospects Process residential applications and screenings Manage maintenance team and daily maintenance activities Address customer service issues Enter and follow-up on maintenance requests
