Full-time Property Manager position available
Description:We are recruiting for someone energetic and driven who enjoys working with people, is a practical problem-solver, someone who jumps at the chance to step into a leadership role and is not afraid to take on various responsibilities. You are a self-starter and obtain consistent results with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
The Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of efficient property operations
Effective management of -and role model for- one's teamProvides front-line support as needed
Demonstrates outstanding customer serviceComposes, tracks and manages annual budgets,
Marketing (Facebook, Craigslist, Twitter, etc.) Collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts
Investigating and resolving resident issuesEnforces rules of occupancy
Implement tenant retention strategiesInspect properties and maintain outstanding curb appeal
Qualifications:
3+ years of industry or Sales Management or GM experience
Excellent written and verbal communicationKnowledge of computer operating systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
Quick learner, and effective teacherKnowledge of Appfolio is a plus

Compensation includes base pay of $4,600 to $5,500 monthly, plus incentives of $1,000 to $3,000 monthly, including 5% of all rent above threshold, as well as annual performance compensation. The right individual is energetic, plays the long game, likes a challenge, and will focus on achieving and maintaining 95% + stabilized occupancy.
